Current listed rate covers minimum 2 hours on-site, you can purchase additional hours per month. Tasks Performed 1. Technician is responsible for keeping and updating software (Primary - MS Windows/Office, Secondary - All others) 2. Technician is responsible for answering software use questions 3. Technician will also be responsible for contacting vendors when problems arise with software or equipment not supported by "The Company" 4. Technician is responsible for coordinating and executing all on-site training 5. Technician is responsible for troubleshooting equipment and software (secondary - only for Add-on) after help desk has attempted to resolve remotely (primary - only for Add-on) 6. Technician is responsible for maintaining of correct data base information (users, pcs and equipment) 7. Technician is responsible for maintaining the Network closet/IT space (cable management, organization, air flow control, etc.)
